REV WATCHES is a merchant and guide into the world of modern horology, curating forward-looking perspectives on timepieces as an essential element to modern living. We aim to be a trusted timepiece and accessories retailers for consumers and enthusiasts alike.  Today, we operate both an online retail platform and a physical retail outlet located at 121 E Main St, Alhambra, CA 91801.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a Retail & Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in our online and retail store business. In-store, you are the first person customers meet when they enter, and you’ll also be the person who guides them — advising, selling, and even setting up their new products.  For our online customers, orders will need to be carefully selected, prepared, and packaged to ensure speed and quality for our customers.  

Your typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities: 

  • Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests

  • Be attentive to quickly whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact. Observe body language and verbal clues to be gracefully with your approach

  • Engage with guests in a genuine way, which includes asking questions to better understand their specific needs

  • Be knowledgeable about the in-store and online products, and services.

  • Thank all guests in a genuine way and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at REV WATCHES

  • Select items for order pickup, and ship-to-home for online guest orders 

  • Properly prepare, pack and personalize guest orders for shipment using correct materials 

  • Personalize a thank you card to include with each order

  • Accurately sort and organize all packaged orders for pickup and ship-to-home

  • Meet productivity metrics and other fulfillment goals

  • Meet guest order promise times to deliver on the guest demand

  • Own the front-of-house workspace, supplies, and overall store; keep equipment, furniture, merchandising displays, and all areas organized, presentable, and in stock

  • Properly use equipment while following safety best practices

  • Follow all safety guidelines, operating procedures, product quality standards

  • Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance

  • Support guest services such as cashier, and order pick up

  • Support marketing with simple in-store product photography and demos.

  • Maintain an ethical and compliance culture while executing those duties

  • All other duties based on business needs


Qualifications

  • In order to make sure we consistently deliver an excellent guest experience, we hire individuals who are focused on operations, process, and efficiency.  

  • Experience in retail business fundamentals including: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement

  • Working in a fun and energetic environment makes you excited…

  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members

  • Digital and computer savvy - able to adapt to current technology needs

  • Accurately handle cash register (Square) and operations

  • Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including occasional lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

  • Stable work schedule; regular attendance necessary

  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members

  • Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs

  • Work well both independently and with a team

  • Resolve guest issues and questions quickly on the spot

  • Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes  

 

As is common is the retail industry, we also want to make sure we are clear on a few more basics that we expect: 

  • Ability to accurately handle cash register operations

  • Climb up and down ladders when occasionally required

  • Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including occasional lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

  • Stable work schedule, regular attendance, and regular training is necessary
